Field Customer Service Representative

Swimming Pool installation, service and repairJob Summary
Summary of essential job functions Representative will reflect the Company’s Foundation of Service to the Consumer. All personnel will be trained, and will be expected to be able to perform all job functions in the field. Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of inground pools, pool opening and closing, liner replacement, and equipment installation and repair.The Representative may also be expected to assist in the retail operation of the business. (Including, but not limited to: stocking shelves, grounds work, and cleaning) Job position is for outside labor. Done Right Pools &Spas is a smoke free workspace and considers company vehicles and customer property an extension of the workspace. Minimum requirements Ability to perform manual labor. Self motivation. Communication skills. Abilities required Must be able to do team lifting: up to 250 lbs. Prospective employee must inform employer of any preexisting medical conditions that would impair the ability to perform daily duties. Mandatory requirements Interviewees who are offered a position will need proof of eligibility for hire (i.e. photo I.D., and Social Security card).Employees need appropriate footwear. Interviewee must have reliable transportation. Appearance Interviewees are expected not to make any drastic changes to their appearance after hiring. As a projection of the Company Image, all hires will be expected to adhere to the dress code.
